Capabilities
Six service lines, delivered discreetly.
Engagements are scoped individually and may draw on any combination of the lines below. Most begin with documentation and assessment; remediation without a documented baseline forecloses the analysis that follows it.
Service lines
What we are engaged to do
Each line is delivered against a written scope agreed in advance. We decline work that falls outside it.
Incident Documentation & Surface Assessment
Structured documentation of affected substrates, deposition sites, and recurrence intervals, recorded to a consistent evidentiary standard. Each occurrence is photographed, measured, and logged against a fixed floor reference so that reports separated by weeks remain directly comparable. Assessment covers substrate porosity and finish, which govern both the appropriate remediation method and how long a deposit remains characterisable. Clients receive a dated record suitable for retention in facility files.
Deposition Pattern Analysis
Correlation of occurrence timing, location, and surface characteristics to establish patterns of recurrence within a facility. Analysis is read against access schedules, custodial rotations, and building traffic in order to separate isolated occurrences from a sustained pattern. The deliverable is a written pattern summary describing where and when occurrences cluster, and the confidence attaching to each finding. It describes conditions and intervals, not persons.
Remediation & Post-Remediation Verification
Surface restoration using EPA-registered disinfectants selected for the substrate, followed by documented verification of the treated area. Handling follows OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 practices for potentially infectious material, including containment and an exposure control plan. Regulated waste transport is performed by licensed hauling partners. Verification is recorded separately from remediation so that the two can be audited independently.
Confidential Reporting to Management
A written report issued to a single named client contact, setting out documented occurrences, the surfaces affected, and the patterns observed across them. Reports are scoped to conditions and are not distributed beyond the named recipient without written instruction. Where a client intends to act on a report, we recommend it first be reviewed with counsel or the appropriate internal function. We do not participate in that determination.
Custodial Protocol Review & Technician Training
Assessment of existing custodial procedures against the handling and documentation standards this work requires, followed by instruction for facilities staff. Training covers first-response handling, containment, and — most consequentially — what to preserve before cleaning. Preserved surface evidence materially determines what a later assessment can establish; in practice the majority of it is lost to routine cleaning within hours of an occurrence.
Recurrence Tracking & Periodic Facility Audit
Scheduled reassessment of previously affected areas at an interval agreed at engagement. Each audit produces a short written record noting whether occurrences have continued, ceased, or relocated within the facility. Tracking is applied to locations and surfaces only; it does not extend to individuals or their movements. Suited to facilities maintaining a documented remediation history for insurance or tenancy purposes.
Scope
What falls outside our scope
We do not undertake general janitorial work, pest control, indoor air quality testing, mould assessment, or trauma remediation. Enquiries in those categories are referred elsewhere rather than accepted and subcontracted.
We do not conduct interviews, take statements, or participate in disciplinary or grievance proceedings. Our reports describe surfaces, conditions, and patterns of occurrence. Any determination concerning a particular individual is the client's to reach, from its own records and its own processes.
Certificates of insurance and a completed W-9 are provided upon engagement.
Discuss a recurring incident in confidence.
Initial consultations are conducted under confidentiality. If you are unsure which line applies, describe the conditions and we will advise.
