Privacy notice
This notice describes what happens to information submitted through this website's contact form. It applies only to this site.
What we collect. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide in it — your name, organisation, callback information, and a description of the incident. The form does not accept file uploads.
How your submission is handled. The form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker, which emails your submission directly to our office. We do not send you a copy, and we do not add your address to any list. There is no database behind this site — the email itself is the only record of your submission.
Spam and abuse prevention. Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile and a rate limit before being processed. These checks verify that a submission is coming from a person rather than an automated script; they do not add to, alter, or separately store the content of your message.
Your IP address. To apply the rate limit, we record a count of recent submissions against your IP address. That count is discarded automatically after one hour, and it is not linked to the contents of your submission. Your IP address is also passed to Cloudflare Turnstile as part of verifying that the submission is not automated. We do not use your IP address for any other purpose.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It is cookieless — it does not track you across sites or build a profile of your visit.
